The Museo Gypsotheca Antonio Canova offers visitors different types of guided tours, including: tours for families and children, for school classes, candlelight night tours and traditional/spontaneous tours every weekend.
Every weekend and on public holidays, you can discover the Museo Gypsotheca Antonio Canova and its masterpieces with trained guides who will take you through the museum, answer your questions and explore your curiosities.

Book a private guided tour for your group of friends or for your family: A unique experience to discover Canova’s heritage in a more intimate and personal setting.
● Each group can have a maximum of 25 visitors ● The guided tour is available in the following languages – English, French, German and Spanish, at the cost of € 90,00 (depending on availability) ● To confirm the booking, you must make the payment for the guided tour in advanced by bank transfer ● Entry tickets can be paid on site

The museum offers exclusive openings in the evenings for groups of at least 25 people. A minimum of twenty days’ notice is required for the night visit.

The Museum offers virtual guided tours which will let you discover Canova’s masterpieces comfortably from your home. You can choose between two different experiences: a traditional virtual tour or a virtual tour with the Museum’s Director.
A maximum of 25 accounts can participate in the tour at a given time ● It is necessary to book the tour through the online form ● This initiative is possible thanks to our collaboration with the Cooperativa Mondo Delfino ● Your booking will be confirmed when you receive a feedback from the ticket office.

Our trained guides will take families and children, with particular attention to the youngest visitors, through Canova’s birthplace and will show them the materials that the sculptor used, and end with a “storytime” about the myths that characterise the Museum.
